Why Does an Extra 10mm
Matter for Poly Pads?

Though standard poly pads have a 50mm thickness, the usable wear area is actually around 28mm. This means that an extra 10mm increases the available abrasion volume by 30%.
 
If you typically used our Ev Pro pads for 1,500 hours, these new pads will offer 1,500 x 1.3 = 1,950 hours of usage.
 
Additionally, with the upgraded compound, which increases durability by 15% on our Ev Max pads, you'll get an average 1,950 x 1.15 = 2,242 hours of working time on the MAX.

If you typically use other brands' pads for 1,000 hours and replace them every 10 months, the Ev Max pads will only need to be replaced every 22 months for your operational condition.
